Staff Accountant – Advisory Firm in San Diego
Are you looking for the variety and complexity of public accounting work without the long hours? We are working with a rapidly growing Advisory firm, and they are looking to hire a go-getter who can bring their strong technical experience to the table.

You'll have the opportunity to be a true subject matter expect in a wide range of accounting areas!

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or similar field 
• CPA is highly beneficial 
• 1-2+ years of public accounting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with high level executives and internal team members
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Strong Excel skills

What you’ll do:

• Both recurring work and project-based work related to GL accounting, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
• FP&A including forecasting, budgeting, and building out models within excel and Power BI
• Opportunity to be hands on with SEC reporting, equity management, cash flow analysis, technical memos, etc. 
• Implement the adoption of new accounting standards for a range of clients.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 base compensation per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
