What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. CPA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of GL accounting experience working within manufacturing
• Thorough exposure to handling month end close and utilizing financial systems.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee month end close process to ensure timely reporting of financial reports.
• Work, support, and guide various business unit leaders to ensure compliance of accounting processes and procedures.
• Build efficiencies across various subsidiaries to streamline processes.
• Lead and mentor a small team of hard working, intelligent individuals.
