We are working with a prominent Real Estate company, and they are looking to bring on a dedicated and passionate individual to their growing Accounting team!

The ideal candidate will have experience working within the insurance and/or real estate industries. 

This is your chance to enter a true manager role where you will manage, lead and develop two senior accountants.

What You'll Do:

• Perform monthly review of financials to assess accuracy and variance analysis

• Assist with review of portfolio financial statements and other month end tasks

• Oversee accounting for insurance and property damage

• Review monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations of asset and liability accounts

• Review monthly/quarterly reports, such as insurance schedules and property damage reports

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, or related field

• 4-5+ years of accounting experience

• Ideally coming from an insurance and/or real estate background

• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; self-motivated; ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in report writing

• Good problem solver; identifying areas to improve with a self-starter mindset

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
