Accounts Payable Manager: Hybrid Schedule
Looking to put your management skills to the test? One of Dallas’ fastest-growing companies is looking for a competent, reliable Accounts Payable Manager to oversee their Accounts Payable team. This role offers the opportunity to build upon the foundation you’ve already laid in your accounting career and utilize your ability to implement process improvements. The team is looking for someone who is passionate about growing and supporting a team and someone that can be a strong change agent.
What you’ll do:
- Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Hands on experience with full cycle AP
- Perform monthly and yearly closing processes
- Ensures all vendors are paid per contractual terms and that inquiries and payment issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner
- Completes other ad hoc analysis, special projects, and duties as needed
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accounting experience
- 6+ years of AP experience
- 3+ years of supervisor experience
- Experience with ERP system
- Ability to effectively lead a team and ability to implement change and process improvement

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
