What you’ll do:

• Seeking an Agile Coach to  work in a high performing Agile/DevOps coaching team
• Coaches Agile and DevOps best practices, techniques and frameworks to reduce the gap between theory and practice
• Develop content and lead workshop and training sessions to educate the enterprise on Agile principles and values

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in Agile Coaching guiding teams and large IT organizations drive Agile transformation
• SAFe Certifications – SPC, LPM, PO/PM RTE: if expired, must be willing to get it again, quickly
• Understanding of team and organizational metrics to improve maturity

What does this position pay? 

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. 
The expected range for this role is $130-180K per year DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
