API Support Engineer

Who you are:
- Experience with cloud-based ticketing systems and help desk software
- Expert knowledge of APIs and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex platform issues
- Clear and concise communicator and ability to describe and resolve technical issues to non- technical users
- Outbound collaborative personality who can work effectively and mold with different groups
- Postman experience a plus!
What you’ll do:
- Determine and troubleshoot various API integration issues
- Root cause analysis to determine issues end users are experiencing in regards to the API
- Provide technical support to customers through various channels
- Document findings in Confluence
