What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree required.
• 3+ years minimum of experience in commercial property management required.
• Expertise with Excel required, Yardi and Appfolio preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and prepare annual budgets/reports, report on monthly financial performance, and work with Portfolio & Property Managers for calculations and collections.
• Track and maintain lease agreements, contracts, resolve tenant questions, and ensure vacancies are presentable.
• Arrange contracts and develop business partnerships with various service providers including electricians, security personnel, landscapers, plumbers, etc.

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
• The expected range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000 annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
