Our Florida based client, a fast-growing investment firm is currently seeking an Associate to join their thriving dept capital markets team. This role involves assisting with the management and monitoring of debt financing metrics and lender relationships. It’s ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and organized work environment.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in debt capital markets, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and a keen interest in Digital Infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and attention to detail, coupled with a proactive, collaborative work ethic and the ability to handle sensitive information.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in tracking and monitoring debt capital raising initiatives and financing needs for portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with upcoming capital requirements and strategic events.
- Maintain and update a database of debt financing details, including key statistics and lending relationships, and coordinate internal reporting with the Portfolio Management team.
- Support the Debt Capital Markets team by monitoring market developments, preparing presentations for rating agencies and management, and providing real-time information on credit terms and pricing trends.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $144,000 to $215,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
