Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance – CRO

What you’ll do:
- Drive the implementation of an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to streamline operations.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for quality assurance, compliance, and safety initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
- Chair the Safety Committee, focusing on best practices in workplace safety and compliance.
- Establish and develop a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) team to achieve GLP certification.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Study Directors, with plans for future expansion including EHS and Records Clerks.
Who you are:
- A seasoned professional with a strong background in QA within a CRO (Contract Research Organization).
- Experienced in managing extensive equipment validations, with knowledge of IQ, OQ, and PQ processes as a plus.
- Prior knowledge on in vivo regulations and experience managing a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 base salary. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
