Who You Are:

• 8+ years of professional operations experience
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proficient at managing large teams and driving process improvement
• Creative problem-solver and responsive to clients and internal employees

 
What You'll Do:

• Manage 10-12 direct reports and 800+ indirect reports
• Improve operating processes and procedures
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and mentor operational department heads

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
