What you’ll do:
- Onboard new and manage existing clients
- Train clients on the product and facilitate expansion of the user base
- Manage the renewal process, develop long-term relationships with customers and operate as a client advocate
Who you are:
- 2+ years of B2B Customer Success and Customer Service experience
- Proficient in communicating with C-Level executives
- Able to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
