Construction Accountant

Construction Accountant – Luxury Hospitality Company – San Diego!

In this role, you will make a significant impact on $80M-$120M+ construction projects and will report directly to the Controller of the company. What you’ll do:

• Help manage the accounting for a $100M+ remodel of a luxury hotel

• Track budgets of $7M-$8M a month

• Work on cost estimation, financial analysis, project accounting, financial reporting, and contract management as it relates to construction

• Perform ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis

Who you are:

• 3-5+ years of experience working as a Construction Accountant

• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, cost segregation studies, lean process, and waiver process

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational skills required

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
