Controller – San Diego

A private company in San Diego is looking for a Controller to drive all things accounting. The ideal candidate would have food and beverage experience, progressive G/L accounting experience, and a willingness to wear many hats. Salary commensurate with experience.  Apply today!

What you'll need:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Master's in Accounting with a CPA a plus
• 3+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• 8+ years overall accounting experience

What you'll do:

• Lead a small team overseeing the entire accounting function for the company
• Perform the monthly close and prepare monthly financial reports
• Review and/or prepare and record daily, monthly, and year-end journal entries
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
