Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of experience in accounting with a strong background in month-end close
-
CPA is highly preferred
-
Proven experience managing a team, with the ability to mentor and develop staff

Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
-
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvements
What You'll Do:
-
Review month-end financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards

Overseeing the AP operations
-
Collaborate with the third-party tax firm
-
Lead the year-end audit process
-
Coordinate with the Payroll & Benefits team

Compensation Details

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location

The expected range for this role is up to $150k annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
