Controller (Tech – Start-Up!)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar field required. 
• MBA or CPA highly preferred 
• Prior public accounting experience highly preferred 
• 6-9 years of Controller level experience 
• Proven track record of growing a start up company
• Experience working in the manufacturing or technology space  
• Experience working with MS Excel, NetSuite
• Strong understanding of GAAP

What you'll do:

• Lead all day-to-day accounting, lead monthly/quarterly financials, completing balance sheet/general ledger accounts reconciliations, accruals and overall maintenance of all operational accounting
• Prepare all financial statements
• Build a cost function 
• Build an Accounting, Finance and Tax support divisions 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and complete ad-hoc projects as directed by the CEO and CFO

What does this position pay? 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $150,000 to $220,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
