Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA required
• 3+ years of management experience required. Experience from public accounting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels in organization

 
What You Will Do:

• Manage month-end close,  The role will supervise 3+ subordinates; lead audits; provide technical accounting expertise; lead AR functions and support SOX compliance initiatives. This is a fast track career growth opportunity with a strong potential to become a Controller.
• Manage, develop, and mentor the accounting team
• Spearhead process- and internal control improvements

What does this position pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $125+-140K on base, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience
