Cost Accounting Manager

Cost Accounting Manager |  $125K – $150K Base DOE + Bonus (HYBRID)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar field required. 
• 5.5+ years of progressive cost accounting experience 
• Experience working with MS Excel, Visual experience preferred
• Strong understanding of cost accounting background
• Ability to work in a multi-departmental functionality
• Willingness to build cost functionality from ground up 
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Leadership experience 

What you'll do:

• Assist the Controller on monthly/quarterly financials, completing balance sheet/general ledger accounts reconciliations, accruals
• Provide all direction for cost accounting related activities 
• Prepare quarterly GL adjustments and complex GL reconciliations
• Interact with financial management, general management and internal/external auditors
• Work with operations closely to solve and improve all cost functions business wide

What does this position pay? 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
