Customer Service Specialist – San Diego, CA

What you’ll do:
Assist clients with inquiries regarding a wide variety of benefit payment issues, programs and procedures via inbound phone and email
Escalate customer service issues to supervisor as necessary
Educate participants and account holders about their retirement distribution options and conduct web training when needed
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Salesforce preferred
