Customer Service Specialist – San Diego, CA

What you’ll do:

  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding a wide variety of benefit payment issues, programs and procedures via inbound phone and email

  • Escalate customer service issues to supervisor as necessary

  • Educate participants and account holders about their retirement distribution options and conduct web training when needed

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
