What you'll do:
- Provide support of applications that are focused on the medical and nursing sides of the business – IT Services
- Lead and supervise teams supporting customer facing products across a global scale
- Assist the support team in efficient troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years in technical support with 2 years of experience mentoring/leading team members
- Experience with a ticketing system in supporting custom applications in a .Net environment
- Experience in ITIL best practices
