Technical Support Lead 

What you'll do:

  • Provide support of applications that are focused on the medical and nursing sides of the business – IT Services 
  • Lead and supervise teams supporting customer facing products across a global scale 
  • Assist the support team in efficient troubleshooting 


  • Minimum 4 years in technical support with 2 years of experience mentoring/leading team members
  • Experience with a ticketing system in supporting custom applications in a .Net environment
  • Experience in ITIL best practices
