Who You Are

• 2-3 years in a customer service role preferably in the fitness product industry 
• Posses strong technical, communication, and troubleshooting skills 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and NetSuite

What You’ll Do:

• Manage email tickets, phone calls, and chat functions 
• Request video diagnostics and make recommendations/order replacement parts 
• Assist with shipping and delivery questions

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
