Who you are:

• 3+ years Desktop Support experience or relative position experience with CompTIA A+ certification required
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software
• Professional with a strong technical aptitude

What you'll do:

• Resolve hardware and software issues
• Microsoft and Desktop support to including imaging, active directory, and resolving tickets through ServiceNow
• Functional onsite level II support

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $25 – $28 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
