• 5+ years of related desktop experience (Desk-side and Remote) CompTIA A+ required
• 3 years of experience supporting Mac OS
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

What you'll do:

• Resolve level II hardware and software issues (including mobile support)
• Windows 7/10 and Mac Desktop support – Managing users and computers through Active Directory (GPO’s) and MS Intune
• Troubleshooting O365, Single Sign On, AV, MS Authenticator, and resolving tickets through ServiceNow

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $24 – $26 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
