What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Sales team to provide media recommendations, media plans, research and data for various projects and RFPs
  • Partner directly with clients for all pre-launch initiatives related to creative specifications and submission
  • Responsible for monitoring all project deliveries and escalate any issues that arise
  • Manage all creative and technical timelines with internal teams and clients
  • Work with accounting team to resolve and invoicing queries
  • Build positive relationships with clients and internal teams to execute on campaigns

Who you are:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience working at a marketing, advertising, radio, digital agency or for a publisher
  • 1+ year(s) creating media plans and working within digital operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree
