What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for the communication flow across all teams including upward, down and cross-functionally. It is vital that everyone get the right information at the right time. 
  • Ensure that the Account Management team is providing top-notch service to external and internal clients; work with AEs to refine and perfect this. 
  • Review campaigns and interact with clients directly when needed 
  • Manages contract reviews and approvals 
  • Provide AE team with overflow support
  • Identifies inefficiencies and help team to work through those solutions utilizing 3rd party analytics 
  • Responsible for leading strategic projects 
  • Responsible for being the decision maker between account executives and accounting team to resolve any billing issues
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers to drive revenue goals
  • Build positive business relationships with sales team, management, creative, marketing and clients 
  • Provides leadership and manages team members while fostering career development conversations
  • Influences decisions within team and across the organization as a whole 

Who you are:

  • 4+ year(s) of experience working at a marketing, advertising, radio, digital agency or for a publisher
  • 4+ year(s) creating media plans and working within digital operations
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree
