We are working with a leading international company, and they are looking to bring on a mission-oriented Accounting Director to help grow their team. 

The Accounting Director will serve as an integral part of the management team of operating entities it supports to ensure key operational and financial goals are met. This is an innovative team looking for an A-player to help them raise the bar.

What You Will Do:

• Manage Treasury, Payroll, AR AP, and Sales Tax
• Manage the integration process for Payroll, AR, and AP into shared services environment
• Establish measures to improve performance in Payroll, AR, and AP
• Manage monthly and quarterly sales tax filings across our family of companies.

 
Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience 
• Experience within the Construction and/or Manufacturing industries
• Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent problem-solving techniques, quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines

What Does This Position Pay?

• Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location
• The expected range for this role is $140-155k annualized base compensation with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
