Director of Finance

Interim Finance Leader – Los Angeles, CA (Onsite)
Contract / Temp-to-Hire Opportunity | $70-$85/hour

Our client is seeking an experienced finance leader to provide interim support. This individual will play a key role in maintaining financial continuity, supporting planning activities, and partnering with internal stakeholders on ongoing financial operations.

This engagement is expected to begin on a part-time basis, with hours increasing over time based on business needs and project priorities. There is potential for longer-term consideration depending on organizational needs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow oversight
• Monitor budgets and financial performance across operational areas
• Partner with internal teams and external service providers to support financial processes and reporting
• Assist with maintaining continuity of finance operations 
• Provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making

Qualifications

• Progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and operational finance background
• Experience working within complex or project-based environments preferred
• Ability to operate independently and adapt within evolving priorities
• Strong stakeholder communication skills

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and qualifications.  The anticipated pay range for this engagement is $70 – $85 per hour, though actual compensation may vary.
