Who you are:

• 5+ years of experience in Senior Management in IT with a background in Development
• Experience running a custom development project 
• Experience leading small – medium size teams of .NET developers 
• Bachelor's Degree 

What you’ll do:

• Technical Management: Managing a development team hands-on to build a custom website in C# and manage SaaS based cloud systems. 
• Project Leadership: Direct and steer projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear understanding of project goals, scope, and requirements, and manage all stages through to delivery.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with other directors to align with company strategy and vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team focuses on key objectives. Maintain enterprise-wide alignment on IT deliverables.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $150k to $180k.. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
