Equity Controller – $150K-$175K + Bonus DOE – (HYBRID!)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or similar field required. 
• 5-7+ years of Controller level experience 
• Experience working with MS Excel and Yardi
• CPA or MBA highly preferred
• Public Accounting background highly preferred (Big4, Big10, regional accounting firm, etc)
• Management experience is a must 
• Strong understanding of GAAP

What does this position pay? 
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $275,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
