Facilities Engineer – Biologics
Seeking Facilities Engineer with a go-getter attitude who can bring a strong Mechanical Engineering and biotech knowledge to the table, and in return they’re offering opportunities to grow in an exciting, fast-paced start up environment. This position ensures cleanrooms are set up and running smoothly to support oncology therapeutic efforts. Ample opportunity for growth and skill development.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the current cGMP manufacturing facilities to support clinical and commercial production.
- Establish facilities contracts to support ongoing manufacturing needs and requirements with regards to GMP manufacturing.
- Evaluate / manage facility and manufacturing related equipment and systems such as HEPA certifications, pest control, processing equipment, utilities, and HVAC.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships for contracts currently supporting the facility and equipment.
- Develop a program for maintenance and repair of facility related equipment and systems.
- Assist with reviewing and approving of ongoing contracts and drawings for any facility expansion or continuous improvement projects.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with regulatory requirements, cGMP regulations, SOPs, and other applicable guidelines.
Who You Are:
- BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience within aseptic / pharmaceutical industry.
- GXP Training and experience supporting a GMP environment and/or processing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and innovative approach to work.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining facilities and manufacturing equipment.

What does this position pay?
- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
- The expected range for this role is $95k – 130K annual salary
