Field Service Representative

Description: 
Our client is looking for a senior Field Service Representative to provide hands-on technical and operations support of Reciprocating Compression equipment. You will be the Subject Matter expert that runs individual jobs and are the liaison to the customer. Oversee and delegate work assignments and more.

Who you are:

• Minimum 20 years industry experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Reciprocating Compression
• Associates Degree with a technical concentration (Bachelor’s Degree recommended)
• Advanced Engine & Compressor Theory, OEM and Non-OEM

What you’ll do:

• Runs the job with direct contact with the clients (most senior person on the team)
• Lead as the SME for the crew
• Ensure the thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work
• Supervise quality control processes to track, maintain and improve customer service to prevent service failures

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $90-$100K + OT + Per Diem
