Our client is looking for a senior Field Service Crew Chief to provide hands-on technical and operations support of Reciprocating Compression equipment. You will be the Subject Matter expert that runs individual jobs and will provide support during commissioning, operations, maintenance, testing and trouble-shooting,

Who you are:

• Minimum 10 years industry experience
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Reciprocating Compression
• Associates Degree with a technical concentration (Bachelor’s Degree recommended)
• Training in the oil and gas industry or associated industries

What you’ll do:

• Lead and serve as Technical expert for the crew
• Lead as the SME for the crew
• Ensure the thorough testing of equipment before it is released for operational work
• Supervise quality control processes to track, maintain and improve customer service to prevent service failures

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $79-93K + OT + Per Diem
