Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience
• You have excelled at school, in sports, and/or in life and you have the energy, stamina and desire to continue to excel
• You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and enjoy learning
• You have strong work ethic, are coachable and you work well with others
• You are purpose-driven, honest and have the ability to overcome hardships

What you will do:

• Support and learn from a team of Executive Recruiters to better understand candidates' career aspirations and match them with our clients' needs.
• Be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships with finance and accounting professionals to match their talents with our open searches.
• Provide a consultative and value-added approach to developing client relationships.
• Educate prospects and clients regarding industry and employment trends, and hiring solutions.
• Partake in business development opportunities to grow as an individual.
