Finance Director, Business Transformation – Fast Growing PE Back Technology Firm – Project Based Strategic Finance

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or Master's a plus.
• 10-12 years of related FP&A, management consulting, or strategic finance experience. Technology, defense, or consulting experience within financial transformation preferred.
• Excellent leadership qualities that can lead a small team.
• Strong organization skills with ability to see both the forest and the trees.
• Self-starter attitude with a desire to implement and automate processes.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and PE firm to manage cost initiatives/measures.
• Present and communicate analysis to C-Suite and PE leaders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis related to project initiatives and savings.
• Work with external consultants to corroborate research and findings.
