Financial Associate – Hybrid (2 days in office) – $80K-$90K DOE

What you’ll do:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for lenders and investors.
• Executing fee and waterfall calculations, interest and currency derivatives, and portfolio statistical data.
• Performing purchase price calculations, floating rental calculations, borrowing requests, release requests, present value remarketing calculations, cash reconciliation, loan payoffs, Bloomberg data pulls, and insurance notifications.
• Interpret and comprehend complex contract documentation.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field of study
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable asking questions and operating in ambiguity.

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
