Who you are:

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive FP&A experience with the biotech industry.
  • Advanced excel skills and NetSuite preferred.
  • Great communication skills and able to translate to non-finance/accounting people.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Oversee general business financial analysis, monthly/quarterly financial and variance reporting, KPIs, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting processes, including the long-range plan.
  • Be a true G&A Business Partner to cross-functional teams including HR, Accounting, and Legal.

What does this position pay?

  • Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.
  • The expected range for this role is 120-150k, annualized base compensation, with additional compensation components. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
