Fund Accounting Analyst – Los Angeles

We are partnering with a leading Global Asset Management Firm that is currently in need of a Fund Accounting Analyst.

In this position your responsibilities will include monthly, quarterly, & annual financial reports, reconciliation of cash/investments, and preparing books of private investment funds. 

**This is a hybrid role** 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 

• Min. 3-7 years of accounting or audit experience; Big 4 preferred 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• CPA preferred

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and maintain the books of private investment funds 

• Participate in the reconciliation of cash, investments, and property 

• Collaborate with the custodians, fund administrators, prime brokers, and funds' independent auditors 

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the clients 

• Aid in calculating performance metrics for partnerships and income and expense allocations for each partner 

• Responsible for recording and reconciling sale transactions and purchases

What Does This Position Pay? 

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. 

The expected range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
