IT Help Desk 

What you'll do:

  • Work a part of the Enterprise Service Desk team responding and resolving internal users hardware and software related issues
  • Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software including PCs, mobile phones, printers, network connectivity

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years minimum experience with IT support 
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network connectvity
  • Excellent customer service skills

The expected range for this role is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
