What you'll do:

  • Manage a team of Help Desk Engineers that provide support to all users within the organization and across the country
  • Track performance and ensure that SLA's/KPI's are properly met
  • Provide overall improvement to operational efficiency of the Help Desk


  • Responsible for training and mentoring team members
  • Experience with various technologies including infrastructure, networking, security, databases and troubleshooting
  • 2+ years experience in managing a Help Desk
