What you'll do:
- Work a part of the Tier I Service Desk team responding and resolving internal user A/V and tech issues
- Perform troubleshooting of hardware and software including PCs, mobile phones, printers, and A/V equipment
Requirements:
- 1-3 years minimum experience with IT support
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and application support
- Excellent customer service skills

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $18.00 to $27.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
