Helpdesk Support – Level 1

What you'll do:

  • Level 1 over the phone helpdesk support for customers on both hardware and software issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and timely resolution to hardware / software issues.
  • Learn new technologies and pick up ability to address break fix issues.

Requirements:

  • Client is open Monday – Saturday from 7 AM – 8PM, so need to be able to work between those hours, you will put them on a fixed schedule so you will know your hours. 
  • Attention to detail, patience, ability to problem solve, ability to learn, critical thinking.
  • Ability to be trained by a lead technician.
  • Retail or restaurant support experience preferred but not required.
