Helpdesk Support – Level 1
What you'll do:
- Level 1 over the phone helpdesk support for customers on both hardware and software issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support and timely resolution to hardware / software issues.
- Learn new technologies and pick up ability to address break fix issues.
- Client is open Monday – Saturday from 7 AM – 8PM, so need to be able to work between those hours, you will put them on a fixed schedule so you will know your hours.
- Attention to detail, patience, ability to problem solve, ability to learn, critical thinking.
- Ability to be trained by a lead technician.
- Retail or restaurant support experience preferred but not required.
