WHAT YOU'LL DO
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers, and act as an advisor regarding policies, procedures, compliance and people management issues; seek legal advice when necessary to solve employment disputes.
Manage key human resource processes, implement effective planning and retention strategies and day-to-day performance management guidance to meet the diverse needs in a dynamic business environment.
Partner closely with business leaders in the implementation of human resource strategies, programs, policies, and initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
You are an experience HR professional with at least 4 years working experience preferably in biotech or med device
You have experience with a variety of human resource disciplines including: recruiting, onboarding & exiting, employee relations, diversity & inclusion (D&I), succession planning, and talent management
You have knowledge and an understanding of benefits administration, payroll and Employment Law
You have broad experience working with software architecture and design
You adapt well to working with emerging technologies
You have a strong technical base and innovative mindset
You thrive in ever-changing environments
You communicate well with coworkers of all levels
