Who You Are:
• Minimum of 3 years previous HR experience preferred (or combination of HR and Office Manager/Administrative Assistant Experience)
• Previous manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred
• Organized administrator with the ability to work with confidential information
• Strong oral and written skills with the ability to multitask
• Previous experience working with ADP payroll or Workday HRIS preferred
What You'll Do:
• Field employee questions and requests
• Assist in temp recruiting process
• Enroll new hires in timekeeping system and audit timecards
• Create and maintain all personnel files including conducting regular audits of all HR related data and information
• Prepare new hire packets, termination packets, and HRIS data entry
• Other duties as required
