Internal Audit Supervisor – Los Angeles

Our client, a leading bank, is seeking an Internal Audit Supervisor! You will work closely with the Chief Audit Executive and VP Internal Audit Manager to conduct operational, compliance, and financial audits. Additionally, you will lead and coordinate assisting auditors as needed. If you are interested, keep reading! 

*Must reside within Southern California; Mostly remote with travel to office 1-2 times a month

Who You Are: 

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field 

• 5+ years of Internal Audit experience; at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role

• Banking experience required

• CPA, CIA, CFSA, CISA or CAM required

What You'll Do:

• Conduct high-level flowcharts, control narratives, risk assessment and audit program preparation to assess operations and ensure adequate internal controls, minimizing risk exposure to the Bank and achieving established objectives 

• Perform reviews, verifications, and analysis of transactions, documents, records, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness

• Execute special projects as assigned by the Chief Audit Executive and/or Audit Manager

• Verify compliance with company policies, operating procedures, management instructions, and regulatory requirements for all duties performed

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 (plus bonus) per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
