IT Infrastructure Consultant– $40/hr DOE – onsite in Bozeman

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience with 5+ years IT Support Experience
• Strong Analytical and problem solving across multiple disciplines including hardware, operating systems and networking
• Good understanding of software design concepts and patterns
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented

What You'll Do:

• Provide timely technical assistance to staff concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including office applications, operating systems, printing and hardware installation.
• Configure workstations and user accounts, including phone, Ethernet, computer, docking station. Provide equipment and services orientation to new employees.
• Facilitate help desk ticket resolution between employees and IT service provider and serve as escalation point to employees with unresolved open tickets Maintain equipment and software inventory.
• Coordinate the purchase of new workstation, software and license renewals.
• Assist with IT infrastructure improvements

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location. 
The expected range for this role is $40/per hour.  Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
