Who You Are

  • You are a true leader with exceptional communication skills and a data-driven approach to how you make informed business decisions
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of IT Service Desk Management, preferably within an MSP environment
  • You have managed Tiers 1-3 technicians and engineers
  • You have a background in help desk/desktop support or similar
  • You're excited about new technology like BrightGauge for reporting metrics
  • The nature of this work requires all employees are US Citizens and able to pass a background check 

 

What You'll Do

  • Reference multiple data points and KPIs to make decisions that impact the IT Service Desk team
  • Manage a small but mighty, and growing, team of IT Service Desk Technicians
  • Act as a top level escalation point on an as-needed basis
  • Leverage data from ConnectWise Manage to gauge technicians' metrics and KPIs
  • Hold technicians accountable to SLAs
  • Use your technical knowledge to successfully interview and hire tech talent including level 1, level 2, and level 3 help desk technicians
  • You'll visit clients while onboarding to introduce yourself as the face of the Help Desk team

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
