Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field experience (ITIL and ServiceNow certifications a plus!)
  • 2+ years experience supervising or managing a level I Support Desk team required
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident management system with exceptional competence with Microsoft Office, warehouse automation products, end-user computing devices, and basic WAN and network concepts

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a Level 1 Support Desk team
  • Reach common ground and drive personnel toward ITIL best practices in a new and growth-oriented environment
  • Present and convey complex information to a broad audience and build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems and resolve issues

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location. 
The expected range for this role is $70,000 to $86,000 per year, plus an annual 10% bonus potential and other benefits. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience. Complete benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
