Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

DevOps Lead/Manager – Fully Remote

Rare opportunity to join a small, well-established company and help spearhead their path to growth. This Lead DevOps engineer will strengthen the already-growing team and help organize delivery as they launch a new product into AWS cloud environment. See below for more details on qualifications.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps
• Your cloud of choice is AWS and you're well-versed in tools like CloudFormation, Ansible and ideally containerization (Kubernetes preferred)
• You've previously led projects or teams and enjoy delegating
• You have a proven track record of working with clients in an agency environment or communicating with stakeholders in a smaller shop/startup environment

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 3+ DevOps engineers
• Remain ~ 20-30% hands-on technical and 70-80% leadership focus
• Help launch Kubernetes and take product from on-prem to AWS
