Lead IT Specialist – Ontario

This immediately available Lead IT Specialist position is responsible for overseeing the IT support team and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology infrastructure in an industry leading company.
 
Who you are:

• Preferably, you have a bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in IT support and systems administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong technical proficiency with Windows 10/11 including onboarding/offboarding users – Intune a plus
• Positive demeanor, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

 
What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT specialists including assigning tasks and performance reviews
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure and plan, executive, and manage IT projects
• Provide advanced technical support and create troubleshooting procedures and best practices
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies and procedures

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $90,00 to $110,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
