Managing Director (Tax & Accounting) – Fast Track to Partner – San Diego, CA!

What you’ll do:

• Run a book of business/revenue of roughly $1M (returns are under $10M)

• Spend 50% on tax (high net worth individuals, real estate, medical, restaurants) and 50% on outsourced accounting (mainly for restaurants)

• Identify and implement process improvements and drive new systems

• Manage and mentor a small team

 
What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required. CPA strongly preferred

• 10+ years of experience in public accounting and tax

• Strong technical understanding and people skills

• Must be driven and have a hunger for success

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
 
The expected range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
